Fantastic service!!! They help find a car we loved! And a reasonable payment!! Super nice and friendly answered all our questions and got us everything we need to go in our new trailblazer!
Great customer service, greeted me immediately!!! Took me right to what I was looking for, got me approved and in my new car ready to go. Super friendly and great atmosphere.
Robert Adams is a unique character that can be trusted, that's all.
great place I get fantastic service they get me right in and if they have to keep my car they keep me informed all the time they have it.
My service advisor Mike F. was great. He gave me realistic timelines on when the work on the car would be finished. He also alerted me on services that I should get done on the vehicle to preserve the longevity. The service department exceeded my expectations by getting my vehicle back to me same day and providing a shuttle service to accommodate me. Awesome work guys!
We bought our truck there and have always been happy with the customer service and the outcome of our appointments.
I couldn't have asked for better service. They were able to get my car repairs done without an appointment the next day. Donny was my service adviser and he kept me informed. Sergio was the shuttle driver that took me home and picked me up. He was prompt and very professional
I am really bummed tonight. We bought this 2019 Ford Escape for my 15 year old daughter to learn to drive with and for college as she graduates high school in May. We have had it 11 days and drove maybe 50 miles on it and it is completely dead. I changed the key battery and still no luck. AAA is coming out to check the battery and if this isn’t it, tow it to back to the dealership. I really thought buying from a car lot would be the way to go so we would not have issues like this. I thought the car would be fully inspected and repaired, new battery, ect. before sale. I have never had this issue in years past buying from a lot. I would highly recommend considering other lots as this seems like a high volume lot with less detail oriented inspections.
I have been an Autonation customer for a few weeks now. The sales team (at Gilbert) was brilliant! I was really thinking that I found a home with this company for my automotive needs. That was until I met (Name omitted for privacy) and am being dragged through the repair process at the Mesa Chevrolet location. From the initial greeting, I could tell that this was not going to go well. Very ho hum, the guy looked and acted like he'd rather be somewhere else that day. I told him what issues I was experiencing, and pointed out that I just picked the car up two days prior. For reference, the vehicle shifts abruptly in between second and third gear, others as well. The coolant temperature sensor is failing intermittently causing issues with the AC. I droppped the vehicle off at 830am on Monday 09/26/22. I was told that "they need the better part of the day to get it diagnosed", and that I would hear from him that afternoon. By 4pm I received no call, so I called in for an update. I was told by (Advisor) that they were waiting for an adjustor from the warranty company to come take a look, I would be updated the next day. 4pm on Tuesday comes and goes, so I call back yet again, this time (Advisor) is gone for the day and there are no notes on my file, so they have no idea what's happening with my car. Wednesday, still no call, I had to call looking for (Advisor) again. This time I was told that they are just waiting for the paperwork to upload, and that once they get it, they can start the repairs. Thursday passes, no new information, and on Friday I get a text at almost 3pm saying that they are still waiting for an inspector? This is beyond frustrating, and I could not be more dissatisfied with my experience thus far. This has been my worst experience with service department by a lot! I'm not receiving updates, and when I do, I'm either being flat out lied to or this guy has no clue what's going on. I want this looked into by someone in charge and I would like my vehicle repairs to be prioritized since it has now been in the shop longer than it's been in my driveway. It is now Tuesday afternoon 10/04/2022, and I still have not heard anything from (Advisor). This is going on two weeks and it is absolutely unacceptable. I hope that you will see this email and follow the facts to help identify a suitable resolution. I welcome you to contact me to discuss this issue and set the expectations for how this repair should proceed. Thank you for your time and consideration. Above is the email that I sent to the service manager, that was not responded to. I called and left several messages requesting to speak with a manager to no avail. This has by far been the worst experience that I've ever had with a service department. Poor inconsistent communication, and an overall lack of value for their customers time and personal affairs. When you bring your vehicle in, they get to it when they can, regardless of your scheduled appointment, and transportation is on you. Terrible experience!
Not sure everything was checked during oil change as I had asked. When car was done the tires had not been checked/filled. I voiced this to another Service Advisor as Kirk had gone to lunch. He pulled the car in and took care of the tires himself. All in all the experience was good.
