My service advisor was wonderful. Arranged for my warranty to cover most things, and also arranged for a rental car for the few days my car was in the shop. The only complaint I have is in the scheduling of the initial appointment. My appointment to diagnose why my check engine light came on was at 12 o’clock on a Wednesday. My car was not even looked at until Thursday afternoon. It was then discovered they would need it for a couple more days to make the needed repairs. We got the rental car two days into not having our vehicle since the initial diagnosis took well over twenty-four hours. Once the diagnosis was made on the car, everything went very smoothly, and I was extremely happy with the service.

Chris was excellent to work with, however, we were greatly disappointed that the warranty purchased with the vehicle was falsely presented to us.
