Only thing I would suggest is based on the mileage needed service work. If that information is passed on at check in and quote given it would be much better than receiving that information once service is started. I was asked the mileage when I made the appointment, but that information was not obviously passed on to the service agents. Other than that the service was excellent, wait time was long due to overbooking by call center according to the service agent. That is a bug that should be worked out. Total time of service was over 3 hours.

The adviser, Christopher did a great job. Was pleasant and thorough. Always pleased with our experience at the dealership.
