A bumpy start caused by warrenty insurance delays and poor communications was quickly resolved by service manager Barry and service writer Robert. The ultimate hero was Mr. Goodwrench tech "Jeff" who pursued the issue and completed the repair in a very timely fashion.

Everyone is very friendly and I think the cost of an oil change is very reasonable. I also like the curtesy shuttle they have.
