Thomas our advisor did an exceptional job in keeping us informed and finding the true fix for our engine leak. He even went further and worked with the warranty department to ensure all was correctly billed while we were out of the country. He made our maintenance experience seemless. Thomas actually has customer service first & foremost and it’s not just words. We truly have faith now that our car was fixed properly and we won’t have another leak issue.. thank you Thomas and mechanics for working together to ensure we were up and running properly..
