First, the people are great. I bought my vehicle from AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa and all the people I dealt with were great. I bought my vehicle Certified Pre-Owned but quickly noticed a couple things were off. Took my vehicle back to this dealership to have service and they had my vehicle for 8 days. One issue is still not resolved even though they said they had fixed it. The other issue I thought was going to be covered under some form of warranty but it wasn't because the previous owner put after market parts on which I feel should of been caught in the initial inspection to CPO the vehicle. We had some back and fourth on this issue and they just did there best to fix the aftermarket parts that were on the vehicle rather to replace them. To me Certified Pre-Owned doesn't really mean anything to this dealership. Overall, I am very disappointed with quality of care they give to their vehicles and customers.

Was there at 7:00 a.m. for a no-appointment oil change... Got me in by 7:30 after some paperwork / done by 9:00... Fast / Easy / excellent service...
They forgot to air up my tires! Not sure if they rotated them either!!
They have a nice area to wait for your vehicle to be serviced. All were friendly and helpful.
