This was my first visit to AutoNation's service department. The vehicle was taken in at exactly the appointment time, the service manager was professional, friendly, very clear on what was to be done. When the estimated time to completion, he found me in the waiting lounge to let me know so I had the option of going home if desired. The whole experience inspired confidence in the work that was done in addition to being made really convenient for the customer. I'll definitely return.
