The drop off was easy and quick. The agent verified what I needed done and gave me an estimate for the completion of the work. I went to the customer lounge and waited. It was clean and quiet and had two TV's, plenty of seats and I sat down. There was a coffee machine and a soda machine with water in the fridge. Very well laid out. The work took less time than quoted and the pick up of the car was as easy as the drop off. It would be nice if the soda was complimentary like the coffee, but still a very nice setup. Thank you
