Chris D’Elia came through in an extreme situation and this is just another example of how AutoNation cares about their customers… I experienced a left rear blow out on my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Duramax Bison. I was able to change the tire with the factory provided equipment and immediately made my way to the dealership. Though already busy with other customers, Chris reassured me that I would be looked after. Chris took possession of the destroyed tire and rim assembly and instructed me to return the following day as he needed to order the replacement tire. He also went above and beyond stressing the concerns associated with driving around without a spare tire. Not being scheduled for maintenance, Chris was still able to flex his schedule, order the replacement tire, and was able to get me in to complete repairs / install of the replacement tire. Completely seamless process, and quick! Folks, get the tire and rim package! It saves you time and money as a replacement tire for my particular truck can cost up to $800.00 dollars. I left AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa paying $0… Great Team and great service from Chris and the rest of the family there.
