I really enjoyed Juan Padilla, but that is where the process ended. The wait, the haggling over a traded vehicle, and then the finance. They know they’ve got you. You’re tired, it’s been six hours, they don’t explain it to you, and they know you’re ready to sign anything to just get out of there.
