I was first approached by Carlos Lopes, one of your sales representatives. I am normally very careful about any sales Rep. However, Carlos’s demeanor and hair ability to actually help me with a car I was looking at. We ended up taking the car for a drive. Carlos was a master of the vehicle. He was able to answer all of my questions and we had a very pleasant test drive. Carlos spent the next couple of hours helping me through the purchasing process. A very knowledgeable and actually caring person. He made the process of purchasing a car a piece of cake. He was able to answer all of my questions and was able to help with all of the processes through the end and passing us over to finance.
