We had requested online to test drive a specific vehicle at a specific time and they had it ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Although the price was higher than what was shown on the website (due to additions, like window tinting, and protection packages, like dent coverage), and the trade-in amount was lower than quoted on the website (but still a great offer), we still feel that we got a good deal on our new vehicle. Everything flow quickly and smoothly. The salesman was very helpful and understanding of our time. He did his best to get everything all finished up as quickly as he could. From the time we arrived to the time we left, it still took a couple of hours, but not as long as previous car buying experiences we've had. We would definitely recommend AutoNation Chevy in Mesa.
