I was nervous coming in the door as I have had bad car buying experiences in the past. Everything at Auto Nation went well, perfectly well. The deal I made on line and over the phone with them was exactly what was given to me when I showed up on the lot. There was no pressure to upsell me. There was no hidden fees, costs, bait and switch tactics, they even got me lower financing rates and a lower price on my extended warranty than expected by half. It was a friendly, good experience.
