We bought a 2024 Chevy Trax last Aug and started having a loud vibration noise a few weeks later. We contacted the service dept several times over the last six months with no satisfaction, we were told we would have to leave our only vehicle there for a few weeks, we were told no loaner was available and we would have to rent a car at $44 per day, which was unacceptable. We have a brand new car that we are paying for, why should we have to pay to rent a car. And the service manager said we would only be reimbursed for the car for the amount of time our car was actually in the garage being worked on, so we would be out for all the days it sat waiting. Anyway, I called one more time and thankfully reached Travis, a service tech, and he said he would work our car in on a Sat when he was working, and he did! And best of all, he fixed it! It needed a software update on the noise cancellation. We only had to wait a couple of hours. There is more to this story but this is the highlights. Very pleased with Travis!!
