Persistence pays. I brought my 2024 Trax in in November with a malfunctioning air conditioner. I was told it would be 5-7 days and there were no loaners. I finally got a loan vehicle on my own and brought my car in; The problem was diagnosed but was told ther were no parts available any where. I was notified the part was in. It was installd but it also leaked so another had to be ordered and I had to find another loaner. All is now n cangire of and the air conditioning now works in time for the arctic blast. Persistence Pays, Th dealership was good through things that were out of their control.
