The salesperson, Pierce Koncz was great to work with. He explained things well, not only about the process of purchasing a new vehicle but he also spent a lot of time walking me through the operational details of the new truck. Pierce was also not real pushy and allowed us sufficient time to make our decision. The finance department was good to work with as well. My only complaint with them is the time it took to pay off my trade-in. It has been over a week since I paid for the vehicle and my old auto loan is still not paid, and as a result, the bank deducted another monthly payment on a vehicle I know longer own. My old loan should have been paid within a day or two of me dropping off the check for the new vehicle. My dealings with the service department has been minimal to date but the little contact I had with them was positive.
