The specialist wasn't responsive during the duration. My truck was in the shop for almost a month with no work done. I noticed a new rattling when driving coming from the dashboard. It appears that when checking the AC actuator the tech cracked my front dashboard. This trip was the most frustrating visit ever to a dealership.
