I scheduled my appointment with the service advisor who I normally deal with. When I arrived I was greeted promptly by the service advisor. We went over in detail what was to be done to my car and we figured out which coupon(s) that I brought with me would save me the most money based on the service that I was having done on my car. I waited in the customer lounge. The service took about 3 hours and I was able to pay and leave with the car. I initially thought that I might have to leave the car overnight, but that turned out to be not the case.
