I scheduled through the phone number on one of the coupons that I received in the mail rather than directly through my normal service advisor. I am not sure which way to do it anymore. I was greeted promptly when I arrived. My service advisor went over what I was requesting to have done on the car (multi-point inspection, tire rotation, oil change). I also asked the engine air filter to be checked. I was given an estimated completion time of 1.5 - 2 hours. I was contacted a couple of times via text with updates on the service. A photo of the air filter was sent to me (it did not need replacement). The update also recommended wheel alignment and transmission fluid replacement along with the respective costs for these tasks. I gave authorization via text to perform both tasks. The car was washed upon completion of the service before being given back to me.
