Hello - I took my 2021 GMC Canyon to Auto Nation Chevrolet in Mesa for a standard alignment after getting new tires, (as the truck had a mild pull and an off centered steering wheel.) The initial alignment yielded only adjusted pulling and a more off-centered steering wheel. I took it back the next day for another attempt, and that time and effort yielded zero measurable change. I wound up taking my truck to Van Chevrolet / GMC for the same service yet again. They got it right, and confirmed that it wasn't in the best shape since AutoNation's effort. Now, bad days and mistakes happen at work for all of us. For the record, my service advisor was polite, responsive and professional. And I'm as certain as I can be that the tech who worked on my truck did their level best. That said, ultimately I paid for a service that I simply didn't receive - which begs the question: how would you feel if you were in my shoes? I appreciate your time, Matt Goodman
